searching for Susan
good evening, I am searching for Susan Banaclaugh in but I am not sure if I wrote the name correctly.
I live in Holland and (I with my wife) have met Susan (80+) in december at Fuente ventura, but I have no e-mail adres.
Can somebody help me to find her. she must live in sutton in craven king edward street.

Hello Hans,
My wife used to live in King Edward St, Sutton-in-Craven. She doesn't recall anyone of that name, but it was more than 50 years ago since she lived there!
However, I don't recall ever hearing the name Banaclaugh but the name Barraclough (pronounced Barracluf) is quite common around these parts and is evident even in the Sutton website.
I Googled "Susan Barraclough", or more to the point, Google asked me if I meant Susan Barraclough when I Googled the name you provided, which displayed several phone directory sites. Unless you subscribe (pay) to join these sites, they display part of the information, but it is the least useful part. That said, the response included the town being Keighley, which is Sutton's "postal" town and a post code beginning with BD20, which includes Sutton. It also indicated the age as being 65+
If my assumption about the name is correct, there might be more regular posters on this site that know of a Susan Barraclough.
