House Wanted
My family and I are looking to buy a house in sutton. We are in a "first time buyers" position and are simply waiting for the right house to come along.

We need 3 bedrooms, a garden and decent sized kitchen and are looking to spend up to �200,000.

I am constantly looking on line for houses but thought there might be someone thinking of selling in the area who would like to save on estate agents fees.
Please let me know if you have any ideas,
