Derek Bowers Sutton in Craven Monday, June 10, 2013 18:05	small workshop we are looking for a small workshop/garage,it is for my 16 year old,he carnt find a job so he is going to make things from wood ie. nest boxes,bird tables,bat boxes,and planters.i am letting him have my tools till he can buy his own.heis very good with his hands so should do well.it needs to be cheep rent and have power.thanks for looking.
