Sutton Lane - Appeal Dismissed - Again
Happy New Year everyone, the Planning Inspectorate dismissed the appeal again. To be fair to CDC, although they hadn't got round to determining the application, they had been mindful to turn it down again, and put in an objection to the Planning Inspectorate to that end.

Excellent. Moreover, there is an awful lot written by Mr Moffoot which we should use again in any further objections or appeals! We couldn't have said it better.
