Thompson's Field - no local requirement for new housing
Below are two extracts from the Craven specific appendix of the recently published "North Yorkshire Strategic Housing Market Assessment".

They appear to show that there is NO LOCAL NEED for new housing stock. "Natural Change" is actually causing the local population to shrink, increases are due to "Net Internal Migration" and "Net International Migration", primarily from Bradford, Leeds and Pendle.
