I came across a memorial card for Esher Ann, daughter of Ann Davy Pickles of Sutton, who died Jan 30th 1914, aged 24. She's no relative of mine so if someone wants the card please get in touch. |

Anne,
As a little girl, would you have lived in Bent Lane, the daughter of Charlie’s Wigglesworth, one time Factory Inspector? If so, you lived opposite Charlie and Walter Pickles - my dad and Uncle. As far as I can see, I am not related to Esther Ann Pickles who lived in Main Street, Sutton. I believe her mother Anne Davy Pickles kept a shop. |
