Absolutely great to see these photos, especially the ones with Joe Harry. I did not live in Sutton but I did spend most of my school holidays and other times with my Aunt who lived in Harker Street. Joe Harry use to let us kids mess around on his farm and have fun playing in the hay in the barn. He sometimes took us out in his pony and trap delivering milk, these were wonderful times. I remember Jean too I think she was a land girl. He use to call me flirty flirty girl from a line in a song he use to get me to sing - Paper Doll - and he called me this even when I was an adult. I also got a surprise when I saw a the photo of the West Burton trip with my Uncle Jimmy Pearce near the front. Thanks Pam for these and also Paul who does a first class job keeping Suttoners, ex Suttoners and affiliated Suttoners informed of what is happening, its great for us plebs who live on the other side of the world. Memories are wonderful. I was in Sutton in 2008 and the magic was still there.
