NODISC and Planning aid.
I have been in conversation for half an hour with a chap called Jim Rogers who is a case worker for Planning aid. Planning aid may be able to offer professional help in getting us in shape to fight this appeal on the Green lane site. After speaking with him for half an hour I realised I simply was not knowledgable enough to answer all his questions in regards to local information, green lane application infomation etc.... I would like to ask who would be the right person to speak directly with this gentleman. Who has soaked up the most information on this? If Planning aid are going to get involved then finding the right liason officer for NODISC is essential now. Any ideas people?

Hi Basil, I think that someone who actually lives in Glusburn/Crosshills would be more qualified to answer any questions regarding the area. What about looking on the website www.crosshills-glusburn.co.uk and checking out some names on there? Some of these people were the ones who organised last night's meeting - just a thought. Dawn

Hi Basil - totally agree with Dawn - I don't know anywhere near enough about the Green Lane scenario - I went to the resubmission of the planning application meeting and have chatted to a few people, but other than that, in the words of Manuel from Fawlty Towers - "I know No-t-hing"!
Philip Barrett or Roger Nicholson would be my best guestimates if you think about the public addresses they gave at the South Craven school meeting.
