Paul - yet another beautiful photo of 'The Clough'.
I can almost hear the swish swish of the fallen leaves as we pushed our way through as kids. The trick was to always wear 'wellies' so that you could get deep into the leaves and make the lovely noises. The best leaves were taken home as treasures and kept until mother found them and threw them out. In the meantime maybe there was usually a special one that was pressed between the pages of the most suitable big book!
Thanks for the memories, this particular photo is brilliant with 'the light at the end of the tunnel!' Well done, you should really be entering some suitable competition with these photos as I think Alan Pickles has suggested. |
