Praise in the Park - 9th July
Praise in the Park' is being held on 9th July at 3pm in Sutton Park. This year Sutton’s Got Brass will be playing together with children singing from schools in Sutton, Cowling, Lothersdale and Eastburn.
But we need your help. We want to find out what your favourite hymns are so we can sing them on the day. So please do take a moment to vote for your favourites on line at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/HS8JF66 or by picking up a form from Sutton Convenience store or Crosshills library. The deadline for voting is Monday 19th June which gives the musicians enough time to practice.
Please do come and join in on the day. Whether your religious or not who can resist the spine-tingling force of a big crowd belting out Jerusalem? Assuming it makes the cut! |
