Good one Alan, it is a while since you posted one of your poems..
We all did that didn't we, although today kids wouldn't be allowed glass jam jars for a start !!! - That photo is a beauty too, in fact I had it out only yesterday. I used to have a good one of the 'iron bridge' Sutton Mill but I cant find it. My mother sent a calendar each year, bought from the Post Office, with photos of Sutton and they were photos, not prints, really good ones.

Hello Brenda. Regarding the Post Office. My cousin John did the same and they were right grand. I still have one with Gatehouse up to the Clough. When I was over last year I thought I would get some more including other memorabilia, such as thimbles etc. not this time they had bu--ar all. They apologised and were very nice, but that didn't get me my souvenirs.
