Hi Graham, there's some great information about the appeal process on that site.

Their Schedule of Public Inquiries for December shows Planning Appeal Job Number 2082023 for Site Address "Land off Green Lane and Back Abbey Lane, Glusburn, KEIGHLEY, BD20 8RP" is to be held on Tuesday 16th December 2008.

Hi, I took some pictures on my mobile phone yesterday of Keighley Road and Station Road at a complete standstill as far as the eye could see at 3.25pm. Will keep them safe.

Graham, i have got pictures of the main road at the bottom of Green Lane flooded from Jan 1992 and June 2002, looking from the top of Walker Close. They would be a great case to show the inspector. Unfortunatly i havent got any of Green Lane itself, but if it rains heavy soon its easy to get a picture, water torrents down Green Lane even from the smallest of showers.
If you want the pics if you tell me a way to get them to you that be great thanks, they are on computer so its probably best to email them.
If you want any more info on flooding in the area i am part of a voluntary group that works with the Environment Agnecy about flooding in Glusburn and Sutton, so feel free to ask anything.
