Thompsons Field - preliminary discussions on possible housing development
Dear All
At this stage, the following is for awareness.
"Local District Councillors have received letters from Barratt Housing, who have an option on the land between the Baptist Chapel and Holme Beck (known as Thompson's Field), wanting to set up a meeting to have preliminary discussions about a possible housing development on the site.
A meeting has been arranged at CDC offices for 16 June with our District Councillors, Barratt Housing and Craven DC planning officers and a legal representative.
At the moment Barratt don't own the land and haven't put in any type of planning application."
