Mrs. Belton's Class photo. 1947
Paul,
I have just been for a walk down memory lane as a result of contacting Brenda Grime. I asked her to verify the names of two of our fellow classmates in the photo of Mrs. Belton's class. The reply I received caused me to look again at that photo and I see that someone has christened the girl in front of me as Kathleen Binns. This is definitely NOT her. Time dims memory so I am told, but not to that extent. To the best of my knowledge Kathleen was never in that school never mind the class. Please will you erase and enter instead a question mark.

I have just had confirmation from two of my former classmates in Mrs. Belton's class, that the girl in the second row is NOT Kathleen Binns. Neither Jane Walker nor Brenda Grime can put a name to her, though. I will keep trying if only for my own satisfaction. |
