Anyone got any advice for dealing with a noise nuisance? Do we still have a local bobby who could have a quiet word with the occupants - the council seems to be doing nothing.

This relates to loud music being played at inconsiderate time such as 4am - as it was this morning! Getting really fed up with it now.
