This is my maternal grandfather Issac Wilkinson Foulds of Colne who I believe was Caption of Sutton United AFC.

He was killed at Bellewaerde Ridge, at Hooge in the Ypres Salient on 25th September 1915 whilst serving with the 5th Battalion of the Kings Shropshire Light Infantry.
